We want you to love your Serve products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work.
1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

We cannot accept returns of items that are used, damaged, or personalised (unless faulty).
3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
