We want you to love your Serve products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work.

1. Your Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the items to us.

  • To cancel, please email us at info@servepadel.co.uk with your order details.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that are used, damaged, or personalised (unless faulty).

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
